1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ESET VPN products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account portal.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ESET VPN only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include engaging in illegal activities, distributing malware, violating intellectual property rights, or circumventing sanctions.

4. Privacy and Logging

ESET VPN operates under a strict no-log policy for VPN usage. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full data handling details.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance.

6. Liability Limitation

ESET VPN's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, where ESET is headquartered.
